This guide covers the XM $30 no-deposit bonus claim path for countries where the $30 card is still live. If your Members Area shows a $100 deposit bonus instead, use the deposit bonus guide.
Step 1 — Register with real residency details
Open the XM registration form. Select your actual country of residence. Choose Standard or Micro — Zero, Ultra Low and Shares accounts are commonly excluded from bonus promotions.
Step 2 — Verify email and complete KYC
Confirm your email link, then upload government-issued ID and proof of address. Names and addresses must match exactly. KYC mismatch is a top reason for bonus removal.
Step 3 — Phone / SMS verification
XM may require mobile verification in the Members Area before the bonus card unlocks. Use a number you can receive SMS on.
Step 4 — Claim the $30 bonus card
After verification, open the Members Area promotions section. If the $30 no-deposit card appears, activate it promptly — some cards show a claim window or expiry date.
Step 5 — Meet wagering / lot-volume rules
