Direct answer

Most XM withdrawals are fee-free at the broker level. Cards, e-wallets and most local bank transfers do not carry a withdrawal charge from XM. The exception is international bank wire under XM’s minimum-fee-coverage threshold, where the receiving bank’s correspondent fee is passed on. The exact figures are shown live in the withdrawal form.

FAQ

Does XM charge a withdrawal fee?

XM does not apply a fee on most methods. Bank wires under a certain threshold may carry an intermediary-bank fee passed on by the receiving bank. Any fees are itemised in the withdrawal form before you confirm.

Are deposit fees the same as withdrawal fees?

No. Deposits at XM are generally fee-free. Withdrawal economics differ by method, with the receiving-bank fee being the main external cost on wires.

Can I avoid bank-wire fees?

Use e-wallets or card refunds for smaller amounts; reserve bank wires for larger withdrawals where the absolute fee is small relative to the principal.
